Nicoleta Metta was born and raised in a charming little town in Transylvania Romania. She has a Bachelor Degree in Science and started to practice Yoga & Meditation in her early teenage years.
Nicoleta is a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Spiritual Life Coach and Oracle Messenger.
She is a dedicated Vipassana meditator, a beautiful and strong Buddhist Meditation with 5 courses under her belt. Nicoleta is an artist and an entrepreneur a truly creative Spirit who finds Joy in assisting and guiding people to a holistic and wholesome lifestyle.
She believes that Self Love is the key to Happiness and Peace.
~ is more of a slow type of yoga practice. It is a relatively gentle and a more relaxed style, is a type of Yoga that it’s thought at a low intensity level but can have challenging levels if the instructor wishes. Hatha Yoga concentrates on holding the asanas longer with no transitions between postures and focusing on breath control to increase the life force energy. Hatha Yoga helps to bring peace to the mind and body preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
Each class starts with a breathing exercise and continues with a warm up allowing the body to slowly awaken, followed by the proper sequence experiencing a flowing, yet meditative practice, integrating asanas by linking breath to movement. At the end of the session relaxation and meditation will help calm down and create a space of peace within leaving you energized and refreshed.
